    If you’ve made the decision to take control of your life and want to achieve your ultimate goals in life you have to know what they are and how to achieve them.

    A great way to do this is by living according to your own set of rules and get rid of all the rules you don’t like and have been holding you back.

    Once you know exactly what you want, create for yourself your own 10 Commandments to live by.

    If you want to lose 10 pounds before the summer then you’ll have to create an exercise program and develop healthy eating habits.

    So, your commandment to reaching this goal might look like this:

    "Thou shall exercise for 30 minutes daily. Thou shall offer no excuses to get out of it.”

    "Thou shall follow thou diet strictly and allow no binging."

    Another example:

    If you want to land the perfect job within the next few weeks you’ll have to research which companies are looking for your qualifications and send out your resume to all relevant contact people.

    So your commandment for reaching that goal would be something like this:

    “Spend 1 hour a day researching the kind of company I want to work for and send out at least 10 CV”s daily.

    Another example I could give you is if you wanted to nurture your relationship with your family, then your commandment might look like this:

    “Under no circumstances do I miss my one hour quality time with my family every night after dinner.”

    I guarantee that if you live by the 10 commandments you created for your self in order to achieve whatever it is you hold true to you heart…and stick with it, there is no power in the world that can hold you back from succeeding. Try it…you’ll see!

    A great way to make sure to “Stick with it” is to plaster your new set of rules all over the place.

    Post them on your bedroom door, above your computer at work, on your refrigerator, on your automobile’s dashboard, keep a list in your wallet. Put them everywhere and anywhere and watch yourself reprogram your life and achieve all you want to achieve.

    This is a remarkable way to get everything you ant in life!

    Make sure you have a clear picture of what you want, a plan on how to obtain these things and a willingness to work at it on a constant basis.

    這樣的話，你的戒條可能是這樣的:

    “每天花一個(gè)小時(shí)來(lái)尋找我想為之工作的公司，一天至少要發(fā)10份簡(jiǎn)歷。”

    再來(lái)一個(gè)例子，如果你想培養(yǎng)和家里人的感情，那么以下戒條可能很適合：

    “無(wú)論如何都要在每天晚飯后和家人交流一個(gè)小時(shí)。”

    我確信如果你為了達(dá)到你真心想達(dá)到的那個(gè)目標(biāo)而嚴(yán)格遵守了自己規(guī)定的10戒，那這個(gè)世界上就沒(méi)有什么能夠阻止你的成功。試試你會(huì)知道的。

    想要達(dá)到“嚴(yán)格遵守”，一個(gè)好辦法就是把自己的十戒貼滿自己的地方。

    貼到自己臥室門(mén)上，工作的電腦上，冰箱上，車?yán)飪x表盤(pán)上，錢(qián)包里。總之就是到處貼滿，時(shí)刻提醒自己，改變自己的生活，達(dá)到自己的目標(biāo)！
